HABL Logo Renewal
A logo is the identity of a brand. If appropriately designed, a logo tells a story, the message the brand wants to deliver.
Many brands introduced changes to their logos to enhance the identity, image, and message they want to send. For that reason, HABL got the inspiration to do a logo renewal.
Brands opt for a straightforward logo design lately compared to complex ones. Creating a logo with a simple and minimalistic font seems to be the trend nowadays.
However, HABL did not do a logo renewal simply because of the trend. We have decided to go with the logo renewal after a long and careful thought considering our brand and identity.
As seen here, the previous HABL logo is in bright fluorescent color. In contrast, the logo is text-oriented, so it could take the focus away and make it difficult to associate the logo with HABL as a brand.
While the intense color could be eye-catching, it was not easy to digest in terms of design and could be overbearing to some.
New Logo, Better Service
We want something that expresses best the service we provide through HABL. We live in an era where we tell the biggest and smallest things in a square frame through videos or photos on social media. Therefore, we thought the idea of ‘framing’ our logo seemed appropriate and perfectly reflected our message because we are, after all, a social media platform that allows users to collect different contents and gather them in one place.
