HABL Signs Contract to Promote Angeline Jolie’s Upcoming Movie “Those Who Wish Me Dead”
HABL, the newly launched ‘it’ social media platform with ‘Apptech’ and ‘Curation’ features, will be officially conducting a promotion for a new Warner Bros movie, “Those Who Wish Me Dead.”
Warner Bros. is one of the leading filmmakers and distributors in the United States along with Walt Disney Pictures and Universal Pictures. It has several worldwide box offices such as the Harry Potter series, The Lord of the Rings series, and DC Comics film series.
One of the latest installments from Warner Bros. would be “Those Who Wish Me Dead,” which is about to be released in Korea on May 5, tells the story of a veteran smokejumper Hannah Farber, who are protecting a boy witnessing the murder of his own father near a national forest. It is a neo-Western survival action thriller film revolving around Hannah and the boy who are being chased by people who want to assassinate the boy.
The film itself is highly anticipated as a new work by director Taylor Sheridan of “Wind River,” who won the Best Picture at the Cannes Film Festival. In addition, the main character, Hannah, is played by Angelina Jolie, a Hollywood representative who is popular in Korea, and Nicholas Holt plays the role of the assassin following the child.
Warner Bros. Korea selected HABL, a social media platform with rapidly increasing users recently as one of the promotional channels for the film “Those Who Wish Me Dead”. It seems to be a strategy to directly communicate with domestic audiences through the challenge ad service provided by HABL.
